These Terms & Conditions apply to all services provided by Ease of Movement, including classes, workshops, and use of our website.

By booking or attending a class, you agree to these Terms & Conditions.

Definitions

  • "Studio”: Classes taught by Ease of Movement, including rented spaces

  • “Client”: Any person booking or attending a class

  • “Services”: Pilates classes, workshops, and related services

  • “Website”: easeofmovement.ch

​

Bookings & Payments

  • All classes must be booked and paid in advance via our website

  • Payments are processed securely through Wix

  • Class availability is on a first-come, first-served basis

  • Prices may change with reasonable notice

​

Cancellations & Attendance

  • A 12-hour cancellation policy applies

  • Late cancellations or no-shows will result in loss of the class credit

  • Late arrivals may not be admitted for safety reasons

  • Doors may close once class has started

​

Class Packs & Expiry 

  • Class packs and memberships have an expiry date

  • Unused classes expire automatically and are non-transferable

  • Intro offers are for new clients only

​

Minimum Numbers & Changes

  • Classes may be cancelled if minimum attendance is not met

  • Instructors and schedules may change

  • If we cancel a class, your credit will be returned

​

Age Requirements 

  • Clients must be at least 16 years old

​

Health & Liability Waiver

By attending classes, you confirm that:

  • You are physically fit to participate

  • You have obtained medical clearance if necessary

  • You understand that physical exercise carries inherent risks

Ease of Movement is not responsible for injuries, illness, or loss resulting from participation, except where required by Swiss law.

You participate at your own risk.

Personal Belongings

We are not responsible for loss, damage, or theft of personal belongings brought to class.

​

Photography & Marketing 

Photos or videos may be taken during classes for marketing purposes. 
Please inform us in advance if you do not wish to appear.

​

Behavior 

We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone whose behaviour is unsafe, disruptive, or inappropriate.

Changes to Terms 

​We may update these Terms & Conditions at any time. Continued use of services constitutes acceptance.
