Refund Policy

General Policy 
All classes, memberships, and packages purchased from Ease of Movement are non-refundable.
 

Cancellations by Client 

• Cancellations must be made at least 12 hours before class

• Late cancellations or no-shows will be charged in full

• No refunds for missed classes

Cancellations by Studio

If we cancel a class:

• Your class credit will be returned

• Or you may reschedule at no cost

Exceptional Circumstances

Refunds may be considered at our discretion in exceptional cases.

Expiry of Packages

Expired classes or memberships cannot be extended or refunded unless required by law.
